Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Devices (Catheter Technology)

is seeking a
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
to join its engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on
next-generation catheter-based technologies
designed to improve outcomes for patients
You'll play a key, hands-on role in advancing manufacturing processes and supporting device design from concept through to validated production in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
What You'll Do
* Lead development and improvement of manufacturing processes for catheter-based devices
* Rapidly prototype products and fixtures using catheter-building techniques and 3D printing
* Design tooling, fixtures, and test methods for verification and validation
* Perform mechanical modelling and analysis using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
* Support device design, development, and scale-up activities
* Drive process verification and validation in a regulated environment
* Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams
* Work with external vendors on materials, equipment, and processes
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Engineering or related discipline
* 6+ years' experience in the medical device industry
* Strong hands-on manufacturing and prototyping experience
* Experience working with medical device polymers (catheter experience highly desirable)
* SolidWorks or equivalent CAD proficiency
* Strong knowledge of process development, verification, and validation
* Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
