We’re recruiting on behalf of a global SaaS organisation seeking a Technical Support Engineer – UX for an exciting 12-month contract.
This role suits someone who enjoys being the technical go-to for customers—solving complex issues, improving user experience, and delivering high-quality support across a cloud-based platform.
You’ll troubleshoot UI and performance-related issues, support ServiceNow-based solutions, and work closely with internal teams to drive effective resolutions. There’s strong opportunity to develop as a Subject Matter Expert, create automation scripts, contribute to knowledge articles, and influence improvements in support processes.
What we’re looking for:
SaaS support experience (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Experience with cloud/web technologies, databases, and scripting
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
