We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Midlands Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading door manufacturing company, selling into group builder providers and independent hardware stores.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
* Sell the full range of door products into trade customers
* Deliver product demonstrations, promotions, and training where required
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
* Prepare regular sales updates and reports
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years sales experience or strong industry-related knowledge
* Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently
* Full, clean driving license and flexibility to travel across the Midlands and South of Ireland
