Job Title: Engagement Delivery Manager – SaaS

Key requirements include:
* 6+ years’ experience managing projects or programmes within SaaS, fintech, or consulting environments
* Demonstrated experience delivering complex enterprise implementations, ideally within financial services
* Strong consulting experience and the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
* Solid commercial understanding with prior ownership of budgets, SOWs, forecasting, and change control processes
* Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to executive audiences
* Strong knowledge of modern delivery practices (Agile, Hybrid) with robust governance and reporting skills
* Proven success building and motivating cross‑functional delivery teams across multiple disciplines
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner are advantageous
* Familiarity with compliance or regulatory technology (e.g., CLM, KYC, AML) is desirable
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Engagement Delivery Manager will:
* Lead the delivery of large‑scale SaaS programmes from initiation through to successful go‑live, ensuring quality and value for clients
* Represent the delivery function in front of key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and maintaining trusted client relationships
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve aligned delivery outcomes across technology, product, and advisory workstreams
* Oversee financial performance, scope control, resourcing, and risk management to ensure efficient and profitable delivery
* Provide clear reporting and communication across governance forums, ensuring senior stakeholders remain informed and engaged
* Identify improvement opportunities within delivery processes and contribute to the refinement of best‑practice methodologies
* Support the development of junior delivery team members through mentorship and guidance
