Working on projects up to €500,000,000 in value and with a pipeline of 50% Public and 50% Private work, they turn their hand to a diverse range of sectors, from Residential through to Education, Medical, Pharma, Commercial & Fitout.
The Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager in the Limerick region to lead the supervision, management, control and delivery of complex Pharma project to the satisfaction of their clients.
You will assist in the definition of the project scope & objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, measure project performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Your duties will include risk management, relationship management, and a lot of client management in this client-facing position.
You will ensure budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Requirements:
Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
5+ Years in a Project Management position
Experience in client-facing roles needed
Must have a track-record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-over
Previous exposure to managing teams
Should understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationships
Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
