Customer Service Administrator CCS
Department: Community Care Services
Reports to: Community Care Services Manager
Contract type:
Permanent
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Dealing with internal & external customer enquiries/requests
Ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
Accepting and entering customer orders
Scheduling orders for delivery/collection
Generating delivery/collection dockets and manifests
Liaising with drivers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers
Completing deliveries & collections on system
Collecting and matching proof of delivery to completed tasks
Monitoring and issuing of stock to backorders
Assigning calls to repair technicians
Monitoring status of repair calls and chasing outstanding calls with technicians
Logging and managing PPM schedule for HSE equipment
Handle customer issues/complaints - logging, distribution, follow up and reporting of issues
Logging, preparation and issuing quotations to HSE
Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and EHS regulatory requirements.
Qualifications And Experience
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a Service environment.
Experience in a busy warehouse environment would be ideal.
Working knowledge of SAP
I.T. literate
The Successful Candidate Will Be
Flexible, hardworking and enjoy working with people.
Articulate, courteous with a friendly telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines
Other Information
Occasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.
You will be expected to attend internal & external training courses
