Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire:
Directly manage your team to enhance store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor Store Performance:
Track metrics such as turnover, revenue, wages, shrinkage, and wastage to run the store efficiently.
Duty Manager:
Act as Duty Manager when the Store Manager is absent, ensuring operations continue smoothly.
Collaborate for Success:
Work with the Store Management team to meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain Standards:
Oversee store presentation, stock control, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
Retail Experience:
Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally with management responsibilities.
Leadership Skills:
A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team.
Hands-On Approach:
Willing to work on the shop floor and lead by example.
