Seeking a motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a multi-site food manufacturing organisation based in Monaghan. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing support across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading on all employee relations cases, including investigations for disciplinaries and grievances
* Liaising with managers to facilitate and deliver training
* Managing performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews
* Assisting in rolling out company-wide engagement initiatives
* Monitoring levels of absence management across the organisation
* Organising occupational health appointments and managing long-term sick cases
* Assisting with end-to-end recruitment, including conducting interviews when required
* Addressing HR queries raised in the HR inbox, employees, and departmental managers
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience
* Skilled in leading on employee relations cases, monitoring attendance, and conducting performance reviews
* Proficient in implementing engagement initiatives, utilising HRIS Systems, and addressing HR queries
* CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
