Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects by assisting with schedules, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communication. This role works closely with project leadership to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards. It is well suited for individuals seeking to build hands-on experience in project management and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and task trackers.


• Support coordination of project activities across internal teams and service partners.


• Track project progress and help identify risks, delays, or resource gaps.


• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and status summaries.


• Support meeting coordination, agendas, and action item follow-up.


• Assist in monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.


• Help ensure compliance with project processes and documentation standards.


• Communicate project updates and information to relevant stakeholders.


• Support change management and issue resolution activities.


• Contribute to process improvement and project performance analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.


• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


• Proficiency in office productivity tools and project tracking software.


• Strong communication and coordination abilities.


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.


• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.


• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented work approach.


• Internship experience or exposure to project coordination roles is an advantage but not required.
