The purpose of this role is to coordinate procurement projects related to dual/alternative sourcing, risk management, capacity increase, and savings initiatives. The role involves managing purchasing for PPAP samples, coordinating with departments to ensure timely delivery and approval, and working with the master data team to ensure accuracy of material parameters.


Main tasks and responsibilities

* Develop end-to-end project plans for supply chain initiatives, including scoping, planning, resourcing, executing, and reporting.
* Coordinate cross-functional team meetings to ensure buy-in and timely execution of plans.
* Maintain the overall program schedule, action tracker, and risk register.
* Prepare reports on project status and communicate with stakeholders.
* Maintain and develop logistics/supply chain master data, PFEP, and inventory strategies.
* Identify issues, generate solutions, and analyze root causes.
* Assess requirement changes, considering impacts on budget, time, and risk.
* Proactively raise concerns and risks to prevent deviations from plans.


Qualifications and experience

* Degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial fields, with relevant experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or project management.
* Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, LN.10).
* Strong coordination, facilitation, and multi-project management skills.
* Knowledge of project metrics, reporting, trend analysis, and KPI creation.
* Excellent communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong administrative, numeracy, technical writing, and interpersonal skills.
