Job Overview
This role requires leadership and management of a team, overseeing client relationships, transaction management, and implementation of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and lead a team of 5-10 people to ensure high-quality client service levels are maintained and work is completed accurately within agreed timescales.
2. Implement suitable processes and controls, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
3. Develop and manage administrative and operational procedure documents for clients, ensuring they are effective and up-to-date.
4. Proactively manage deals by understanding clients' needs and deal documents, reviewing operative documents, and implementing suitable controls and processes.
5. Oversight of the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting, including single-entity and consolidated financial statements, in accordance with IFRS or other applicable accounting standards.
6. Co-ordination and completion of the annual audit process for all clients, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met as scheduled.
7. Review pre-filing of all regulatory returns to the Central Bank of Ireland on a timely basis.
8. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, servicers, investors, rating agencies, legal counsels, and others as appropriate.
9. Monitor client profitability and implement change actions as required, ensuring clients are billed in accordance with agreed terms.
10. Ensure achievement of all targets and KPIs as agreed with directors, monitoring team performance, and provide necessary coaching & mentoring.
