Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials and services required for civil projects. This will involve managing purchase agreements, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and lead times, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procure materials and services in accordance with project requirements
* Manage purchase agreements and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and delivery terms
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
* Identify areas for improvement in procurement processes and implement strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings
* Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in buying/procurement in civil projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Suite.
