, is seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time General Administrator to support their busy office team.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, managing documentation, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of projects and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring files are accurate and up to date
Support document control processes, including drawings, specifications, and project records
Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry
Maintain records of orders, invoices, and delivery docketsProvide general administrative support to project and office teams
Assist with filing, data entry, and document organisation
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on orders and queries
Support basic reporting and tracking of project-related information
Ideal Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable working with documentation and data entry
Experience with purchase orders or accounts admin is an advantage
Exposure to construction or a project-based environment is helpful but not essential
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
