Now in our 17th year, we take great pride as a community restaurant that is constantly setting the standards for suburban restaurants nationwide We are looking to recruit Bar and floor staff for a busy neighbour restaurant Reporting to Manager and SupervisorPurpose: To provide a friendly and efficient service to our customers in our RestaurantKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo greet regular customers courteously.To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.To up-sell and maximize sales revenue.Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years continuous working experience(full time) in a fast paced Bar/ food and beverage environmentBe passionate about the industryOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsMust have fluent English Work night shifts**The successful candidate will receive**A competitive salary.Development Training opportunities in the Oliver Dunne Group .
