Our client is a highly regarded international consultancy with a long-established reputation for delivering commercial and cost management services on some of the most technically demanding projects in the built environment. Operating across multiple sectors and geographies, they have built a strong market presence by combining deep technical expertise with a client-first approach to delivery.
They are particularly recognised for their leadership within mission-critical and capital-intensive sectors, where their ability to manage cost certainty on highly complex programmes has positioned them as a trusted partner to many of the world's most ambitious developers and operators. Their work is characterised by long-term client partnerships, repeat instructions and an ongoing pipeline of major framework appointments.
The business is in a sustained period of growth, supported by an expanding international footprint and increasing demand from clients delivering large, multi-site rollouts. As part of this growth, they are continuing to invest in the senior leadership of their cost management practice, creating a rare opportunity to step into a strategic role with genuine influence over the direction of the function.
Culturally, the firm places a strong emphasis on people, performance and progression. They are known for promoting from within, supporting senior hires through clearly defined development pathways and rewarding commercial impact with meaningful equity-style incentives.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTS
This is a senior leadership role within a high-performing cost management practice that supports a substantial portfolio of mission-critical projects across Europe and North America.
