Project Director - Pharmaceutical Construction
We seek a seasoned project director to manage the engineering process, coordinating design elements and ensuring successful delivery of fit-out stages within a regulated environment.
The Role:
* Lead engineering works from early construction through to fit-out and commissioning.
* Maintain strong communication and alignment with the client and project team on all aspects of the build.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee quality procedures and industry regulations compliance.
* Coordinate design information between consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and project milestones achieved.
* Monitor programme and progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
* Lead quality inspections and ensure work meets the required standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Engineer or similar role on large-scale projects.
* Strong knowledge of Quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Experience with design coordination and fit-out works.
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and liaise effectively with clients.
