Asset Coordinator Job Description

As an Asset Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction company.
Key duties include:
* Processing delivery and return dockets, as well as stores issues.
* Updating our central database system for assets-related data.
* Creating and issuing weekly and monthly reports.
* Electronic filing of all Plant department records.
* Verifying invoices against accruals.
* Providing general administration support to the Plant department.
* Completing ad-hoc tasks as required by the Plant department.
* Inspecting vehicle and plant compliance documents.
* Configuring and disposing of new assets on our company database.
* Taxing vehicles and booking vehicle tests.
* Coordinating vehicle maintenance and servicing.
* Managing tolls and fuel cards.
With a minimum of two years' relevant experience and exceptional PC skills using Microsoft suite essential, this role will be based in Dublin 22.
