This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing restaurant and bar team within a renowned four-star hotel in Co Meath. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing bookings and guest relations, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a deep commitment to hospitality and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant/bar operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
* Guest Experience: Manage bookings, guest relations, and service flow to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
* Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant/bar team to maintain high standards of service excellence and adherence to SOPs.
* Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget requirements.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager or other F&B management role within a quality hospitality environment.
* Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Excellent service standards and ability to train/guide others to same.
* Additonal certifications (e.g. HACCP, Management, WSET Level 2) an advantage.
* Deep commitment to hospitality with a guest-focused attitude.
