Purpose of the RoleReddot Food is seeking a Production and Fulfilment Executive with hands on warehousing experience. This is a multi role position covering production support, warehouse operations, inventory control and deliveries. The role is critical to daily operations and requires flexibility, reliability and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction and Milling SupportOversee and support the milling schedule in coordination with the production teamEnsure raw materials are available as per production planMaintain basic production records and batch movement trackingWarehouse and Inventory ManagementManage intake of raw materials and packaging suppliesMaintain accurate inventory records in line with company systemsOrganise warehouse storage for efficiency, hygiene and safetyPrepare finished goods for dispatch to retail and distribution partnersOrder Fulfilment and DispatchPick, pack and prepare customer and retail ordersHandle outbound deliveries to retail stores, collection points and Amazon SNNCoordinate with courier partners for outstation deliveriesLiaise with local delivery partners for within city and regional deliveriesDelivery ResponsibilitiesCarry out deliveries using company vehicle as requiredOccasional direct customer deliveriesEnsure timely, safe and accurate delivery of goodsMaintain basic delivery logs and vehicle cleanlinessCoordination and CommunicationWork closely with production, sales and operations teamsAct as point of contact for couriers and delivery partnersFlag stock shortages, delays or operational issues promptlyFuture ScopeAs volumes increase, delivery will transition into a dedicated full time driver role. Until then, this position will remain a combined production, fulfilment and delivery role.Qualifications and ExperienceQualifications and ExperienceMinimum secondary school education or equivalentPrevious experience in warehousing, fulfilment, logistics or production support rolesHands on experience with inventory handling, stock movement and basic record keepingFull clean driving licence valid in Ireland with confidence in regular driving for workExperience handling deliveries to retail locations and collection pointsAbility to carry out manual handling and physical tasks safelyBasic computer skills for inventory, delivery logs and internal systemsPreferred ExperienceExperience in food production, food warehousing or FMCG environmentsExperience working with courier partners and local delivery providersFamiliarity with small batch production or small warehouse operationsJob Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 24 monthsWork Location: In person
