About the Role:
This position involves working closely with senior lawyers and partners across a varied litigation caseload.
1. Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, advices, and correspondence
2. Attending court hearings and settlement meetings
3. Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda for clients
4. Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties to ensure smooth case progression
The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation matters preferably at Circuit Court or High Court level. They should possess strong analytical skills along with excellent organisational abilities.
