Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deployment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment of hardware on client sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.



* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to troubleshoot and resolve any deployment challenges that may arise during the process.

* Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role, as you will be working directly with clients to ensure their needs are met.

* Hardware Knowledge: A solid understanding of desktop/laptop hardware, including RAM upgrades, hard drive replacement, etc., is necessary for this position.

* Tech Requirements: The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows, Microsoft licensing, O365/M365 configuration management, TCP/IP protocols,DNS DHCP knowledge also profile data migrations .
