Technology & Data Lawyer – 3‑5 PQE

This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial and technology contracts, AI, data and privacy, IP, and digital regulation — and who enjoys tackling "first‑of‑a‑kind" legal challenges.

What the role involves
Advising on cutting‑edge technology matters as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for international clients across diverse sectors
Working on issues spanning AI, cybersecurity, data/privacy, e‑commerce, online safety, IP, corporate transactions, and complex tech deals (e.g., outsourcing, cloud, system implementations)
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Keeping ahead of evolving tech regulations and market trends
Contributing to business development, thought leadership and client engagement
Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
About you
A qualified solicitor with approx.
3–5 years' relevant experience
Curious, adaptable and eager to deepen your expertise
Passionate about technology and its potential
A clear communicator with strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
A team player who values collaboration, mentorship and continuous learning
A self‑starter who is comfortable managing deadlines and multiple priorities
