The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient day‑to‑day operational administration of the business, with a primary focus on payroll coordination, asset management, and fleet administration. The role also supports travel and accommodation coordination, facilities and office operations, recruitment administration, and employee engagement activities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Greenvolt Next Ireland is a leading provider of innovative renewable energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Asset Management & TrackingMaintain accurate asset registersTrack laptops, phones, tools, PPE, monitors, and office and site equipmentManage issue/return process for starters and leaversConduct periodic stock and asset auditsManage stationery and consumable ordering for office and sitesCoordinate with IT and operational teams on equipment allocation2. Fleet & Vehicle AdministrationMaintain records for company vehiclesTrack servicing, insurance, tax, tolls, fuel cards, and inspectionsCoordinate vehicle allocation and returnsLiaise with leasing companies and garagesSupport driver documentation compliance3. Payroll Administration & CoordinationSupport monthly payroll preparationCollate timesheets, allowances, overtime, and payroll inputsMaintain payroll records and documentationLiaise with payroll providers and internal departmentsAssist with employee payroll queriesEnsure payroll deadlines are met accurately4. Travel & Accommodation CoordinationArrange employee travel and accommodationCoordinate bookings for site teams and managementEnsure bookings align with budgets and policiesSupport travel‑related administration and invoicing5. Facilities & Office Coordination SupportSupport meeting room bookings and office coordinationAssist with office maintenance and supplier managementCoordinate office supplies and shared facilitiesSupport office security and storage processes6. Recruitment & Employee Engagement SupportAssist with interview scheduling and recruitment administrationSupport onboarding coordinationAssist with employee events and engagement initiativesSupport internal communications and HR administrationQualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience in payroll administration essentialPayroll Qualification Essential.
