A dynamic Quantity Surveyor role has emerged, with a focus on driving the commercial success of projects from estimation handover to completion. As a key member of the project team, you will play a pivotal role in cost management, procurement, subcontractor assessments, and financial reporting.
This position requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to managing contracts and supplier relationships. You will work closely with project managers, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with FIDIC Red/Yellow book, JCT, NEC, or similar contracts, and proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Excel. Strong negotiation and commercial risk management skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the commercial performance of the project from handover to completion.
* Prepare and present monthly cost plans and financial reports for review by the senior management team.
* Monitor and manage project cash flow and budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
* Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial risks while ensuring contract compliance.
