The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a cross-functional product team delivering complex, scalable enterprise systems. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong backend development experience and exposure to the full software development lifecycle in cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring framework
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable, microservices-based systems
- Work with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines) to streamline deployments and testing
- Collaborate across backend, frontend, and mobile teams in a modern Agile setup
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Participate in cloud deployments (AWS) and containerization best practices
Tech Stack
- Languages/Frameworks: Java, Spring
- Databases: PostgreSQL (or similar relational DBs)
- Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs
- DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (nice to have)
- Cloud: AWS (experience beneficial but not essential)
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of professional Java development experience
- Strong exposure to high-scale enterprise applications
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of relational databases and backend engineering principles
- Familiar with Agile workflows and full SDLC participation
- Bonus: Experience with containerized deployments and cloud infrastructure
