Lead Mechanical Design Manager
- €150,000–€170,000 + Benefits (Fully Remote)
The position involves leading mechanical design teams across Europe for large-scale mission-critical facilities. This is a senior leadership role offering complete remote flexibility with occasional travel to project sites.
* Manage all design stages from concept to construction support for hyperscale and colocation data centre projects
* Oversight of HVAC, cooling, piping and fire protection designs
* Collaboration with electrical and architectural teams to deliver integrated solutions
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills including mechanical engineering principles and practices as well as effective team management abilities. Leadership experience in a similar environment is also beneficial.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering preferred
* At least 10 years' professional experience in mechanical design preferably within the datacentre/market critical sector
