Our client is a large professional services firm with a growing Change & Transformation practice focused on the Asset Management and Funds sector. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Director with a clear route to Partner.

Who should apply?

8+ years’ experience in consulting or transformation roles
Strong background in data, change and transformation programmes
Experience within asset management or funds environments
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Partner leading Change & Transformation, responsibilities include:
Lead data and transformation programmes across funds clients
Oversee client onboarding and operating model enhancements
Drive business architecture and change initiatives
Manage and develop Managers and Associate Directors
Contribute to business development and practice growth
