Position Overview: Our client is a dynamic, multidisciplinary firm specialising in project management services, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects for global clientele. They have extensive experience in design, project management & contract administration, delivering a range of commercial projects with budges in excess of €40 million. They also take on smaller projects for commercial and residential clients. Key Responsibilities: Undertake site visits and conduct surveys on various sites across Ireland (typically within the Greater Dublin and surrounding areas) Complete technical due diligence Work alongside project teams to deliver detailed, high quality surveying services on both large and small scale projects Prepare clear, concise and accurate technical reports Reviewing technical information including technical datasheets, drawings, specifications, conditions, consultations etc. to determine solutions Perform tendering for potential projects Manage and mentor junior staff Liaise with internal and external project teams along with clients Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Building Surveying, Property or a Construction related discipline Chartered building surveyor or on the path to becoming accredited A full driving licence and ability to travel to clients and sites Experienced managing teams CAD knowledge and experience Experienced tendering Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction standards and energy efficiency assessments (BER) Benefits Highly competitive salary Hybrid working Milage allowance in line with company policy A supportive environment working with highly experienced teams
