About The RoleSummary:Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Hygiene Team Cleaning Operative within an industrial environment. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Operative is to ensure that their allocated area is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations. Full training will be provided.Your new roleNature of work to involve duties as required on Agri-Foods production siteTo follow the direction as laid down by Site Cleaning planUse of high/low pressure washing systemUse of site provide cleaning ChemicalsHigh Level Cleaning- a distinct advantageEmpty and reline waste binsDispose of rubbishUse of compressed air system to gross clean industry sized equipment as per specification.Ensure all areas of your schedule are completed as requiredEnsure all checklists are signed off as requiredComply with all health & safety regulationsCarry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard requiredTo carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections to maintain such conditionsWhat you will need to succeed:Excellent attention to detail will be required to achieve all our client's requirements while also maintaining relevant compliance standardsThis role requires a reliable, dedicated, and motivated individual with an understanding of all aspects of hygiene standardsExperience:Agri-Foods/Clean room experience is a distinct advantageMust have good interpersonal and communication skillsThe provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role.High standards of personal presentationGood oral and written EnglishYou may be required to work in confined spacesAbout UsBidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
