You will champion our brand in top-tier bars, restaurants, and events—bringing Advocacy and Hospitality across the island of Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a passionate advocate for Diageo Irelands luxury spirit brands across the on-trade sectorBuild and nurture relationships with bartenders, bar owners, and key decision-makersDeliver high-impact trainings, tastings, and brand education sessionsSupport national and regional brand events, activations, and festivalsProvide expert-level cocktail knowledge and serve as a resource for the on-trade communityCollaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to support brand objectivesProvide feedback from the trade to influence brand strategy and executionRequirementsSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum 4 years' experience working in the on-trade (e.g., bars, restaurants, hotels)High-level cocktail knowledge and mixology experienceConfident public speaker with experience leading trainings, tastings, or eventsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFull Irish driving license (essential)Willingness to travel at least 2-3 days per weekFlexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends as neededBenefitsCompetitive salary & benefits packageTraining and development within a global industry leaderAccess to exclusive events and industry networking
