Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the purchasing of key materials from internal and external suppliers. They will ensure timely placement of purchase orders aligned with lead-times and service level agreements, and collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, warehousing, operations, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within manufacturing or a related industry
- A third-level qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365) is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently
