Key Responsibilities
Ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
Monitor repair timelines and ensure customer deadlines are met
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality control across all repairs
Lead and support the workshop technician team, promoting high performance and a positive working environment
Coordinate with estimators, parts departments, and front‑of‑house staff
Maintain compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Work closely with senior management to achieve branch performance targets

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in abodyshop, collision repair, or automotive workshop management role
A solid understanding of workshop operations and process management
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
