The Countrywide Brand Manager is responsible for delivering and executing the marketing strategy for the Countrywide Franchise network, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with group brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This role is critical in ensuring that the Countrywide franchise network receives the practical, hands-on marketing support needed to drive local business results, while maintaining alignment with group strategy and brand standards. The Brand Manager acts as a key link between group marketing and local execution, helping to maximise the impact of group initiatives and strengthen the value of the franchise offering.

Key Responsibilities

* Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Deliver the marketing strategy for the franchise businesses, ensuring alignment with group brand and marketing objectives.
* Coordinate and implement content strategies across Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Develop and manage tailored local marketing plans for member offices, reflecting local market conditions and business priorities.
* Oversee the execution of group campaigns at local level, ensuring initiatives are effectively rolled out and adapted for maximum impact.
* Member Support & Engagement
* Provide responsive, practical support to franchise members, focusing on campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing.
* Conduct regular franchise office visits (approx. 2 days/week) to build relationships, understand local challenges, and deliver in-person marketing support.
* Offer ongoing check-ins and follow-through to help offices maintain marketing momentum and consistency.
* Digital & Social Media
* Guide members in developing effective social media content plans and increasing engagement.
* Support members in leveraging all digital channels (social, Google, video) with actionable recommendations.
* Assist offices in interpreting basic digital analytics to improve content performance.
* Translate digital analysis into clear, actionable insights for franchise members, ensuring they understand how to apply results to enhance local marketing efforts.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Manage and mentor the Countrywide Marketing Executive, overseeing day-to-day work and professional development.
* Collaborate closely with other Brand Managers and the wider marketing team to share best practices, cover leave, and ensure strategic alignment.
* Work with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deliver marketing support and solutions to franchise members.
* Budget & Reporting
* Manage and report on the NAF (National Advertising Fund) budget for Countrywide, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with group campaigns.
* Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, including campaign ROI, social media metrics, and member satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a franchise, multi-site, or estate agency environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Sales experience or a track record of supporting business owners with marketing and lead generation strategies.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Hands-on approach, with a focus on practical support and execution rather than high-level strategy.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, able to balance travel, office work, and administrative duties.
* Experience managing budgets and reporting on marketing performance.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Additional Requirements

* Willingness to travel regularly to franchise offices (approx. 2 days/week).
* Office-based at Silverstone House, Sandyford for 2–3 days per week.
* Full, clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a group marketing team while delivering tailored support to local offices.
