* Main Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
* Coach and mentor team members
* Ensure adherence to 6S principles
* Responsible for compliance with corporate and divisional policies
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Third-level qualification or trade certificate in an Engineering/Science/Mfg discipline
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an Engineering/Mfg environment
* Strong technical experience in mechanical, electrical, controls engineering
* A strong communicator
