Job Title: EHS Manager
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the organization's compliance with health and safety legislation, environmental regulations and corporate standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining EHS policies, programs and standard operating procedures to prevent hazards, reduce environmental impacts and injuries.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role as well as excellent written communication skills to prepare comprehensive reports on site EHS goals and key metrics. Additionally strong oral communication is required for training purposes or emergency situations that require collaboration between multiple teams..
Required Skills: Strong Microsoft Office knowledge especially Outlook Word Excel Power Point Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 (Desirable) 2+ years of experience in a similar function Health Safety Environmental background relevant certifications preferred
