Financial Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team. This fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and develop valuable skills in financial management.
The role involves:
* Monitoring and managing company banking operations
* VAT and tax returns preparation
* Invoice processing and reconciliation
* Assisting with Accounts Receivable and billing
* Meeting note-taking and diary management
* Office administration and filing duties
For this position, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with office management and diary organization
* Strong knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation principles
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is an advantage
