Supply Chain Operations – 12-Month Contract -Hybrid
We are partnering with a leading biopharma client to engage a dynamic and motivated supply chain professional. This role focuses on planning and procurement to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing, while optimising inventory levels, cost efficiency, and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to support production schedules.
* Maintain accurate SAP master data to drive effective procurement signals.
* Communicate delivery schedules to suppliers; monitor performance and resolve issues.
* Manage inventory to target levels, minimizing excess and waste.
* Coordinate with Quality and Warehouse teams on rejected/defective materials.
* Support planning activities including scenario planning (RCCP) and material feasibility analysis.
* Collaborate with internal teams and global procurement to manage material setup and supplier performance.
* Lead or support improvement projects to enhance KPIs (inventory, cost, service).
* Ensure compliance with processes including Change Control, CAPAs, and Deviations.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) in Supply Chain or related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain/planning, preferably in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment.
* ERP experience required (SAP preferred); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
* Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS) preferred; Lean/PM certification a plus.
