The Role: We are currently recruiting Accommodation Assistants to join our Housekeeping Department. This role is key to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our guest bedrooms and public areas. You'll work in a supportive, close-knit team with a strong focus on attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a 5-star standard Perform turndown service and daily stayover refreshes Ensure public spaces (lounges, hallways, reception) are immaculate at all times Follow cleaning checklists and hotel procedures Report maintenance or safety issues promptly Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations Remain flexible to support where needed in a busy hospitality setting Requirements: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude Team player with a professional and friendly approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required Good English is desirable but not essential What We Offer: Competitive salary Complimentary meals while on duty Pension scheme Staff discounts & special rates Tax-saving schemes Employee social events *There is no on-site employee accommodation available for this role.
