Responsibilities for Project Manager Take full ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through to final handover and post-completion review. Define and maintain delivery standards that align with client expectations and regulatory requirements. Implement and enforce quality assurance and project control systems in accordance with company and industry benchmarks. Manage all aspects of site planning and execution, including labour allocation, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Maintain structured project documentation to ensure transparency and facilitate smooth audits and reporting. Lead regular project updates, ensuring consistent communication with clients and stakeholders through formal meetings and reports. Guide, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones on time, within scope, and to budget. Partner with the site safety team to uphold exemplary health and safety standards across all project phases. Collaborate with clients to define, track, and report on key project performance indicators. Requirements for Project Manager Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related construction discipline; further professional certifications are beneficial. A minimum of 5 years' project management experience, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor environment. Competent in using ASTA Powerproject or Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning. Proven success managing large, complex developments across commercial, industrial, pharma, education, and data centre sectors. Prior experience delivering hotel builds is particularly valued. Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise with teams, clients, and consultants alike. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills. Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in navigating on-site challenges.
