Chef de Partie Job Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining and setting culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prepare your section of the kitchen with efficiency and precision.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas.
* Ensure a high level of food quality and presentation at all times.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
* Fully trained in HACCP procedures and regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
