Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
to lead and coach Agile teams within the
medical device manufacturing domain
. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles while delivering high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards specific to the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile teams as a servant leader, fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.
* Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
* Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
* Ensure Agile processes align with medical device compliance, regulatory, and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ISO
* Drive continuous improvement to optimize team performance and product delivery.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with medical device or regulated industry clients.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
