Job Overview:
The role of Administrator involves providing administrative support to the department's operations. This includes managing our eCommissioning system, handling programme documentation, raising contract requisitions, and offering assistance to editorial teams.
This position plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
* General administrative support to the Independent Productions office
* Managing correspondence with external independent producers
* Overseeing the eCommissioning system for programme proposal assessments
* Maintaining and organizing supporting programme documentation
* Preparing materials for programme meetings
* Scheduling meetings and managing team calendars
* Assisting with processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
* Familiarity with office systems and procedures
* Experience using document management systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
