A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Driver (Patients/Clients Public Roads) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. The purpose of the Patient Transport Driver role is to ensure the safe, comfortable and timely transportation of our patients, residents, service users and staff. This role is essential to ensure our patients, residents and service users have reliable access to medical appointments and day services. The driver will play a pivotal role in improving the overall patient experience, contributing to the dignity, comfort, and well-being of those in the care of the service. Professional Qualifications & Experience, etc. Be the holder of a full Class C1 Driving Licence on application. (Note Irish 78 Restriction is not acceptable) AND Be the holder of a full Class D1 Driving Licence on application. AND Have at least three years driving experience after receiving a full driving licence. AND Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. You must hold a full-unendorsed Drivers Licence.Driving Tests passed after the closing date of this campaign WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
