HealthCare Assistant Opportunities Across Ireland!
In partnership with our client, CPL HealthCare is now looking to recruit HealthCare Assistants in North Dublin, South Dublin, Cork, Kildare, Meath and Waterford area.

Full Time Permanent Contract
Work schedule: Day Shifts & Night Shifts - flexibility required
General Responsibilities:
Provide care to residents ensuring their independence is promoted and that residents' dignity is maintained at all times.
This will involve following your client's care plan – assistance with personal care and mobility.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with residents and their families.
Adhering to confidentiality policy at all times.
Ensuring resident safety at all times.
Deliver high quality care and assistance to our residents – personal care, toileting, moving & transferring.
Communicate any changes or concerns in relation to resident needs/care.
Adhere to Health & Safety and Infection Prevention and Control regulations.
Assisting in maintaining a physical environment that is safe, peaceful, and comfortable for all residents and employees alike.
Qualifications and Skills
Healthcare/social care related qualification OR relative experience in a similar environment.
Availability to work varied shift patterns days, nights & weekends, across Monday to Sunday is essential.
Practical experience in a caring capacity desired.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Professional, caring and empathetic nature.
Be comfortable working in a sometimes, challenging environment.
Experience in elderly care is desirable.
Newly graduated HealthCare Assistants are also welcomed to apply.
