The role of Team Leader is a key position in our organization, responsible for delivering a quality client-focused service. This involves assisting the Residential Services Manager in planning and managing services for adults with acquired brain injury and mental health issues who have varying disabilities & complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of person-centered care to all clients
* Provide support to staff team within the respite service, maintaining staff rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support/care plans and communication across various shifts
You will also be responsible for liaising with families and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager. Ensuring HIQA regulations are maintained is crucial in this role. A third-level graduate or equivalent qualification in Health & Social Care is required along with experience of management and supervising teams.
