Company Intro / Summary A well-established cost consultancy in South Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their professional team. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of cost planning and control for residential projects from feasibility through to completion. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Lead procurement activities, including preparation and assessment of tenders. Monitor and report on project costs, cash flow, and variations. Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Provide value engineering advice to maximise quality and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a professional QS or consultancy environment. Proven track record in residential project delivery is essential. Excellent knowledge of Irish building contracts and procurement methods. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software tools. Package €65,000 - €75,000 DOE Full-time, permanent role based in South Dublin. Pension scheme and other company benefits.
