* Foster a culture of ongoing education and training for nursing staff, encouraging their growth and development.
* Monitor and manage clinical performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and reporting deficiencies.
* Oversight of recruitment, induction, and performance management of nursing staff.
* Closely collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies that support the strategic goals of the nursing home.
