About the Role As Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee the full operation of this high-profile opening, working closely with the culinary and wine teams to deliver a world-class guest experience.
Youll manage a large and passionate front-of-house team, set and maintain the highest service standards, and ensure that the restaurant becomes a must-visit destination from day one.
