Technical Support Specialist - Customer Focus
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers.

* Job Description: The successful candidate will be trained in the following skills:
1. Answering incoming support calls and logging all tickets in the ConnectWise system
2. Acknowledging and providing first-level support for all new calls in ConnectWise
3. Providing first-level support to our existing customer base remotely across all disciplines
4. Ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded
5. Working on scheduled calls as assigned by the service coordinator
6. Providing call-back support for overflow calls during busy periods
