Overview Title: Import Customs Broker (Multimodal)Location: Dublin 24Type: Full Time, Permanent, Office-basedPackage: €35-45,000 Responsibilities Irish Import and Export customs declarationsNorthern Irish declarations using TSSENS & PBN declarationsTRACES submissions for Imports & ExportsLiaising with relevant regulatory authoritiesCreating and discharging T1 & T2 documentsEconomic Procedure management (Inward Processing, End Use or Outward Processing Relief)Simplified Procedure management (ISP, EIDR)Liaising with Trader, Freight Forwarders & Distributors for relevant documentationComplete reporting for both the Customer & Revenue.Compliance-focused approach to all Regulatory & company proceduresAssist in follow-up Compliance Testing.Compile entries and supporting information Qualifications Minimum of three years Irish Import Customs Clearance experience within a busy multimodalFreight Forwarder.Up-to-date knowledge Customs knowledge in Ireland with UK & NI Customs knowledge a distinct advantage.Experience with TARIC, ROSA, AEP, AIS, NCTS, and CHIEF would be preferredA working and up-to-date knowledge of European Customs procedures & practice, including Import / Export Clearance; Community Transit (Manual & NCTS knowledge).Excellent time management and organization skillsAble to work on own initiativeTeam playerProblem-solving skillsExperience in MS OfficeCompliance-focused approach to tasksAccuracy and attention to detail
